WHAT IS INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES? Information & Communication Technologies: is an extensional term for  information technology  (IT) that stresses the role of  unified communications   and the integration of telecommunications,  computers as well as necessary enterprise software , middleware , storage, and audio-visual systems, which enable users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information. In this areas people used:  toward social, economic, and political development, with a particular emphasis on helping poor and marginalized people and communities. Do I use the information & communication technologies?
